Tawhid Juneja, MD and founder of leading medical recruitment consultancy Primary Care Professionals, received the prestigious accolade of the Business Person of the Year Award at the FSB Hertfordshire Business Awards 2016 ceremony last night.
Tawhid, who set up Stevenage-based Primary Care Professionals just over two years ago, has been the driving force behind a business that has grown from humble beginnings in his garage to a £1million turnover in just its first year and now an astonishing £15million in its third.
He says “Winning this award is a huge honour and a testament to the amazing team of people who work at Primary Care Professionals. It truly represents the contributions that they all make to our success. We have recruited an incredibly talented group of people in house who are dedicated to our GP candidates and clients and receiving this award is as much for them as it is for me. I am delighted that we can now say we are an award winning company.
“At Primary Care Professionals we don’t only focus on the business, we are innovators and pioneering, working with senior figures in the NHS to help to transform healthcare in this country and improve patient care in the Primary Care sector. This award is a major validation of the company and it will help us to achieve our goal.”
