We are delighted and honoured to announce that our Managing Director, Tawhid Juneja, has been made a finalist in this years FSB Hertfordshire Business Awards.
Last week Primary Care Professionals attended The Recruiter Awards and came highly commended for The Best New Agency category. This week we have found out that we have been short-listed for two more awards!
It’s the first year that the company has entered the FSB Hertfordshire Business Awards. Tawhid Juneja, the company’s MD and founder says “We are absolutely delighted to be acknowledged in this way and it’s great to be finalists in two different categories. I started Primary Care Professionals from very humble beginnings in my garage in 2013 and through a lot of dedication, commitment and hard work from everyone in the company we are achieving great things for our clients and candidates. I have a great team of consultants and support staff and being finalists in these awards is really a recognition of their tremendous contribution to our success.”
Tawhid Juneja and Primary Care Professionals are finalists in the Best Business Person Award and Entrepreneur of the Year. For both categories, the company had to show how the business had progressed in line with Tawhid’s business plan and what potential there is for growth.
As Business Person of the Year Tawhid had to display a clear understanding of PCP’s products, competitors and the marketplace in which the business operates, coupled with good financial practice. Tawhid was selected as a finalist based on the judges identifying him as a business leader who had set and achieved objectives within his business plans, overcoming obstacles and establishing a position of sustainable profitability and success.
As an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist , Tawhid also had to demonstrate his clear understanding of the healthcare marketplace, his position within it and his ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Royal College of GPs. He also had to show leadership qualities, good managerial and financial practice, while demonstrating his creativity, entrepreneurialism and his enthusiasm for new ideas. A consciousness of self-development and ability to reflect on his own remarkable journey was essential.
