Primary Care Professionals have created a Client Services Team which is dedicated to offer support to the GPs and practices who are working with us. All of our Client Services Managers bring with them a wealth of knowledge due to their Practice Manager experience and we believe this gives us a better understanding of your needs.
The Client Service Team are available every step of your journey with Primary Care Professionals, from before you commit to a role through to deciding what your next role will be. Your Client Service Manager will be in regular contact with you throughout your placement, assisting you with all of the concerns a locum GP may face and they will fully support your integration into the Practice.
We understand that being a locum can have its own pressures and may include:
- Uncertainty of regular work
- Isolation in the work place
- Struggles to enrol on CPD and Revalidation courses
- Having to chase payments
- Lack of support
- Deprivation of regular updates normally received by local CCG’s
- Confusion on each practices values and vision
Your Client Service Manager will stay in regular contact with you and visit you monthly to be able to support you and give you an opportunity to share any concerns you may have, while assisting you with everything that matters to both you and the practice. They will be your first port of call for any training or benefit related matters and they will guide and assist you through your journey with us.
Primary Care Professionals is committed to developing new initiatives and innovations which improve the experience of GPs, Practices and their patients. It is important for us to have a strong relationship with all of our Interim GPs and we want to work closely with you so that we can ensure you are happy in your placement.
