Primary Care Professionals, an award winning and leading medical recruitment consultancy has barely been able to draw breath since its MD, Tawhid Juneja, was crowned Business Person of the Year at last week’s prestigious FSB Hertfordshire Business Awards.
Just three days later the company received the news that two of its top recruitment consultants, Kane Dougherty and Roberto Orlandi, have been selected as finalists in The Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards, in the category of Inspiring Newcomer.
Both Kane and Roberto joined Primary Care Professionals less than two years ago and since then their hard work, dedication and commitment has reaped rewards, both financially and now with this important accolade from their industry. Kane has been instrumental in assisting MD Tawhid Juneja with the company’s growth, developing ideas and initiatives that have seen it soar ahead in a very competitive marketplace.
Roberto is a former chef who began at PCP organising the GPs’ compliance process and he quickly proceeded to a sales role in which he has excelled.
Tawhid Juneja says “We provided the opportunity but both Kane and Roberto absolutely ran with it and made it their own. They are always first in and last out of the office and their success is testament to their loyalty, hard work and commitment.
“I can’t think of two nicer guys who deserve to win these awards. They both inspire everyone in the company, whether that’s the executive team or newcomers who need nurturing and mentoring. We take a very personal approach with our clients and GP candidates and both Kane and Roberto are superb examples of how to offer the best customer care in the business.
“We won’t know the winner until the award ceremony in October but as far as I’m concerned, they are both winners already.”
