Award winning medical personnel recruitment consultancy Primary Care Professionals has been shortlisted for one of the prestigious Institute of Recruitment Professional Awards 2016, considered to be the ‘Oscars’ of the recruitment industry. The company is a finalist in the Best Company to Work For (up to 50 employees) category.
The Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) is the representative body for individual recruiters and resourcing specialists. The IRP represents over 8,000 individual members who deliver the UK’s recruitment services.
An IRP Award is the highest accolade an individual or company can receive in the recruitment industry and is unique in raising awareness of the positive role models whose exceptional work and candidate and client care sets the bar for all recruitment professionals and businesses to aspire to.
Tawhid Juneja, CEO of Primary Care Professionals says “At only three years old we are still a relatively young company and it is incredible to receive this kind of recognition at such an early stage.
“I have been a recruitment professional for over 16 years and in 2012 I saw that the healthcare sector could really use my expertise. I spent a year researching before I set up Primary Care Professionals, for GPs, GP Practices and nurses.
“We’ve come a long way since starting in my garage with just 3 people and now we are expanding so fast it feels as if it’s just the beginning of a whole new bigger phase. It is very exciting and a huge achievement for us to be an IRP Award finalist. It’s truly an acknowledgement of everyone at the company and the great work that they do.”
The Institute of Recruitment Professional Awards Ceremony 2016 will take place in London on December 7th.
